At that other blog

This is my personal blog. In my role as a local parish deacon, I also posted to a blog at a church web page. The second day I was in the hospital after my stroke some  visiting friends asked me when I had posted the message at that blog that day? I couldn’t figure out what they were taking about. I had not been on a computer since coming to the hospital.

Then I remembered that I had placed a few time-delayed entries at that blog and they were showing up every few days. I couldn’t remember what I had placed in that pipeline and my friends wouldn’t tell. After they left Melanie and I looked it up.

God places His saints where they will bring the most glory to Him, and we are totally incapable of judging where that may be. – Oswald Chambers

God sees where He is placing me, sending me. I will not be able to see this at first, but that’s when I must carefully obey, trusting that God DOES know what He is doing!

Needless to say it rather took our breath away to hear “me” addressing our new situation that day. But we have taken it as a true word from the Lord, delivered back to us in unusual but memorable fashion. We have other prayer requests. But first I would have God be glorified in our lives.
